CQC at the core
Every audit in the portal is written against CQC's own framework. Each of the 414 audit checks carries the relevant Health and Social Care Act 2008 regulation, the five key questions, one of the 34 quality statements ("We statements") and the legacy KLOE reference — with a direct link to the official CQC guidance page, the criteria inspectors expect and examples of the evidence to gather.

The fundamental standards of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 are the minimum every registered provider must meet. The audit library maps each check to the regulation it tests — so a failing question shows exactly which standard is at risk.
Assessment framework
CQC now assesses services against 34 quality statements — "We statements" grouped under the five key questions. Every audit question names the exact statement it tests, so your evidence is organised the way an inspector will look at it.
Guidance links open the official CQC website. The portal is maintained against the current Single Assessment Framework and is updated when CQC guidance changes.

Four domains — Service Users & Care Quality, Workforce, Medication & Operations, and Governance & Safety — each scored live from completed audits, with red, amber and green ratings and a drill-down into every audit behind the number.
Audit register
A rolling four-day monthly programme with 51 audit templates. Each question is rated pass, partial, fail or not applicable, with the evidence reviewed, the CQC reference and both provider and consultant responses recorded.
Improvement plan
Every failed or partial audit question raises an action with a priority, an owner and a target date. Providers upload evidence and mark work ready for review; AJG consultants verify, return or close it — all with a full history.
Workforce compliance
Safer recruitment, DBS, right to work, sponsorship, training, supervision and appraisal tracked per worker, with a compliance score for each staff file and early warnings before anything expires.
